I tried all the solutions already posted in the forums, such as trying to check the two save locations, verifying cache, launching the game via administrator priviliges, and reinstalling the game, but after trying multiple times I'm about to give up. Its clear that my character is not being saved for some reason. Whenever I try to start a new game, I see no saved character on the chracter list, and after every single load transition the game prompts to create a brand new character.
